The structural engineering tied in seamlessly with the architectural detail such as the corner stacked windows. Well designed architectural plans significantly simplify the structural requirements of a development, and will pay dividends when it comes to construction.

Furthermore this particular property was in close proximity to public sewer infrastructure, and as such SDS procured all relevant documentation and detail to ensure public assets remained unaffected by the proposed development.

SDS Engineering was also engaged for the stormwater certification of the development, in ensuring drainage complied with all relevant requirements of the Building Code of Australia.
